

Aduh! ...early morning today...I got to answered a complained from Japanese guests....they are not my guests...my colleague punya guests....the complained is, that they were not given ample time to have a dipped at the Poring hotspring.....they were only given 1/2 hours to freshen up after doing the Canopy.....
Well...I told them to write a written complain to me and will forward the letter to HQ....checked with T/Guide what has happened....the T/G told me...he have already explained that the highlight is the canopy walkway and if they have enough time, then they can have a dipped at the Hotspring....1/2 pun actually boleh freshen up but unfortunately the pipe is so slow then lambat la tu tub penuh......so ngam2 1/2 the T/G suruh durang to get ready to go back to KK.....
Om mungkin durang rasa belum puas la....well...2 Duty Manager of Rasaria on behalf of the guests ganti2 datang sini counter mau minta explaination.....so I asked them directly to called our Sales Manager or Operation Manager....only them can say what to do....either to refund or just give discount...
Nasip guests enda datang teriak sama sia la hehehe.....kalau pun dia teriak...you know what I do....just look at them and buat macam orang bodoh....don't answer back when they are in angry mood....let them keep talking.. just smile.... .lama-lama dia sedar yang kita enda jawab dia akan malu sendiri.....dia akan minta apologies tu....kamu tau kenapa? cos I am not the T/G... lepas dia apologies than you also minta apologies on behalf of the T/G and the Company......tetap besok2 dia akan beli tour lagi tu....or never :=)
Ada pernah juga sia kena teriak oleh guest tapi di phone.....mula2 sia explained bagus2 tapi dia enda mau dengar...ini orang France.....dia teriak2 pula...so sia pun panas....sia teriak dia balik....nah! suara sia lagi besar dari dia....terus dia diam....lepas tu dia bilang dia akan complained sama Tourism ( ini pasal tu Pulau Manukan kotor) yang kami jual tour main tipu....kasih tengok gambar cantik tapi sebenarnya tempat tu kotor dia bilang....so I asked her to go ahead with her complained....cos the dirts di pulau bukan kami punya pasal...its all because of nature......kalau ada hujan waktu malam, nah, surely the beach kotor....you know lah the sampah sarap semua dari pulau Gaya kena washed away pegi sana...... and I told her again...if she still making a lot of complain....I will report her to the police and the imigration....geratak sikit....terus dia bang the phone down.... sia berani teriak dia balik cos di phone...cuba kalau face to face...sia senyum saja tu.....
