Melaka - Historical City

On 6th -13th August 2009, I and my colleague and GM was away to Melaka/KL. We are in Melaka from 6-9/8/09 to participate for the MATTA Fair which was held at the Dataran Pahlawan. The response was not good. Did not even manage to close any sales. Alots of enquiries though.

Also at the same day and venue, held the PC Fair. The response for the PC Fair I saw was good rather then the MATTA. Maybe, people are also afraid to travel cos of the H1N1. The whole time in Melaka, I used face mask hehehe....so takut ni. Well, time not so busy at our booth, I and my colleague managed to do some shopping juga. Cos the Dataran Pahlawan is a shopping mall, so easy la to curi2 go shopping hehe. Also visited a few touristic area...its my 2nd visit here actually. I love this country...clean and not so busy life. Nice building...I just love there.

At the same time, I feel so sad juga...walaupun busy at the fair and visiting places and shopping, there times I cried and cried when I am on my own. Cos, the day I reached Melaka, I got a called from my sister that my ex BIL passed away. He was knocked by a car and enda sedar diri until he died. I was at the QEH on Wednesday night, when he was admitted to the hospital ( luckily I managed to go and see him before I fly off to KL the next morning)...but never expected that he is going too soon. But seeing his condition that night, I know he will never make it...... I was sad cos I know everyone at home are busy...and I just feel so bad not to be there to help. What to do, boss did not approved me to go back home cos baru sampai and also I am there on duty.

Ok...on 9/8 to kehel. Been to Danau Kota pasar malam. Ini baru la...the pasar malam starts from 10pm - 2am....punya la sasak orang. Even the small kids pun durang bawa pegi sana bah. Pity I see the small kids...jalan2 sana sampai 2 am...penat bah tu and mengantuk lagi....but the things there like make up, jeans, shoes, handbags etc memang murah lah...boleh tawar2 lagi tu. I think I got myself blusher and makeup kit...

During the day, pegi jumpa agent2 - Agent Sale Marketing. Wah! office2 disini kehel memang cantik2 la....I mean the layout...bukan mcm KK punya esp our office...bida! After habis kerja...petang memang ended di Sungei Wang hehehe...why ah? Mesti sana juga pegi tu....Discount durang memang happening juga....but was surprised when I went to Watson sana....ha! bilang disount, tau tau durang kasih naik tu harga dulu baru bilang discount 50%...kena tipu. Nasip sia tau. Know why? cos I bought the 7 effect cream di Watson KK and ada discount...normal price RM42 ...and I got it for RM37.80. Tapi di Watson KL, Normal price RM48....after discount RM44....so if compare with KK punya price, lagi murah di KK kan?....maknanya harga durang kasih naik melambung baru kunun bilang discount...padahal yg betul...NO DISCOUNT AT ALL!

Well, apa2 pun, lepas balik dari Melaka/KL...sia terus jatuh sakit...got blocked nose, coughing and headache. Went to see doctor but dr says, not H1N1....Tonsil kunun....tapi sampai sekarang ni, I still have my flu!
